Placed an order 20 minutes later canceled. They charge my account $120 and I’m still fighting with them for a refund. They’re a joke fraudulent business. Three emails and two phone calls and still no refund. Update refund came on the 27th after so many emails and calls

I ordered an arrangement after calling to make sure the order could be delivered and not even 2 hours after making the order it was cancelled. When I called to find out why they informed me they didn't have any blue flowers. Now it has been a week later and they still have not refunded me the money. When I called they informed even though I have spoke to them about the refund it was never processed.

I placed a order for my daughters birthday on 6/21/23 to be delivered today. No flowers were delivered. I got the order confirmation and then I received the order cancellation email. No reason why. I am supposed to get a refund but going by the other reviews I doubt that will happen. Update I emailed the company and they said my order was undeliverable. My daughter works in a pretty big city at a travel agency. There are probably 30 florists in the area. Am I supposed to believe that in 45 minutes time reached out to every florist in the area? No. This screams fraudulent to me. I am very upset with the whole situation.

I got scammed for 53.44 dollars. I placed a order and received a cancelation email. I have the email and cashapp receipt.

I ordered a set of pastel flower with a teddy bear and balloons and within an hour they "refunded" me back my 90 dollars and some change. Cathleen Kaur said it'll be back in your account in 2 days... well 2 days went by no refund, 3 days no refund, I even emailed her and she stopped responding. Day 9th I asked again nothing. So needless to say I had to call customer service and he then told me it'll be 10 business days... but their refund policy clearly states 3 to 5 business days.... so their policy is not true. Go to another company. Not this one. Sadly I didn't see reviews when I ordered. Edit -- June 22, 2023 they deleted my review. So I called and again saying it's gunna be 1 or 2 days still. I've given plenty of time for them to give me my money. I WILL NOT STIP TILL YOU GIVE ME MY 90.64 BACK!! IF YOU WANT ME TO STOP THEN REFUND ME MY MONEY!! Monday June 12th of 2023, they have been reported to the BBU. Everyone do the same please. Let's get them shut down 😊 Date of experience: May 31, 2023

Placed and order and within an hour, I received an email that I would be refunded. There was no explanation for the cancellation or refund and I have yet to receive my money back.

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. I was told my flowers choice would not be delivered and a refund was issued, I would receive it in 2 business days. I never received, I made a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and my bank. I hope they shut this company down

I had ordered flowers before and thought this seemed like a legit business but I was so wrong. I experienced exactly what everyone else did, they are a scam. I don't know how these people sleep at night stealing money and ruining important occasions for others. Horrible, terrible people and I can't wait for their business to get shut down. EDIT: They refunded my money AFTER I left this negative review and then I was emailed being asked if it was okay for them to send a free bouquet to my intended recipient to makeup for this. Absolutely not. It seems as though this is their way of trying to seem more legitimate. If they refund your money, take it and do not let them contact you again. They deserve no more of your business.
