SCAM I ordered flowers for my friends' bday and I got an order refund email. My friend never got the flowers but I also never got the refund. I had to dispute with CC company as they were not fixing to resolve the refund as they said they were

I wish I had also read the reviews. I am going on week 2 of talking to “Cathleen Kaur- Customer Happiness Manager” about my refund that she is “looking into”. This is a scam!

I definitely feel like this is a scam. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and within a couple hours my order was cancelled by them. I was emailed saying that I would receive a refund within 2 business days and it’s now been 17 days and I haven’t received anything despite many emails and even a phone call with the company. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered them.

Ordered a bear from this place and got an email saying that it could not be delivered and I would be refunded my money within 2 business days! Here it is several days later and I still have not seen my money!!!! SCAM!!!

unfortunately I had to select at least one star in order to write this, Just like all the posts before this was a scam. I was searching for florists to get my niece some flowers for her birthday. Within an hour or two of my card being charged I got an email saying the florist rejected my order and send me a bogus email with something that tried to look like a refund. The promised refund still has not hit my account...3 weeks later after several emails back and forth. Make sure everyone knows to avoid this site!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who lives near Denton, Texas. When I placed the order, I paid for them with my USAA credit card. Then I got an email from the florist saying that the florist canceled the order. No reason was given. *** A credit to my Visa credit card was not made. Yet, I paid the credit card bill.

Same as everyone. Currently in the process of getting this resolved. If not, I will be contacting a lawyer. Clearly they are a business that steals from people.

Hi Pat! The baby block container was impossible to get so we had to cancel your order as there was no other choice given to us. Your refund has been made and funds are now back on your card! Thanks so much and I hope you can use our service again!
