this place is a scam, do not purchase from here. I am still waiting for my refund and will take legal action.

I wish I could give zero stars! I placed my order almost $60 for an arrangement to be delivered. Got an email saying they canceled my order who knows why?! Refund will be issued in 2 days, I waited a little longer because of the holiday 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten the refund because of a "technical issue" DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

To start false advertising as deer park NY’s florist, placed an order for a funeral arrangement, reviewed order deceased’s name misspelled and delivery scheduled to an address in Massachusetts. Called to correct order, service rep was rude and advises they don’t even deliver to Deer Park NY. I asked than why advertise you are Deer Parks Florist? Rudely hung up

They say my money is back in my account but it isn’t! Why is it so hard to return my money? It wasn’t hard taking it!

Like several other customers, I ordered flowers, was charged and then was given an email that said that the order could not be fulfilled and was issued a "refund" email. After several weeks, I still had not seen that refund in my bank account. I spoke with two customer service people- one a few days after the order was placed and one 2 weeks after. They both told me to wait and said that it would be coming but I have not received it and placed a dispute claim with my bank. Update: Almost a month after promising a refund, I did receive it.

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered 10 days ago. My card was charged immediately. A couple hours later, I got an email saying my order was cancelled and that I would be refunded. There was no explanation for why my order was cancelled. I have emailed them several times to ask where my refund is, and every time I get a generic response with absolutely no information or clarification—just a statement about them working on it immediately. This company is a scam and the way they respond to their customers is rude and dismissive. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Update: the company did refund my money on July 13. The day after I left the review. It was not in my account 7 days before the review was left. I spoke with the bank to verify this. They LIE.
