Wish I could give zero stars! I ordered flowers to have shipped to a friend and 45 minutes later my order was cancelled and said I would be receiving a refund in 2 days. It has been over a week and still have yet to receive my refund and after numerous attempts for an answer from customer service, still nothing. Very disappointed with my service.

SCAM! Ordered on 6/26 and it was immediately cancelled and I still don’t have a refund. Edited to add: 10 minutes after this review was posted, the company finally sent through the refund. It took a whole month.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter first baby after not hearing from her. I call the florist and asked why she hadn’t got her flowers. They said oh we sent you an email. We are not going to deliver them it’s to far. I still have not got a refund and it’s been a week. $71.91 means a lot to me. 😡 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible!! Do not waste your time and money as this is a scam! I have been over 3 weeks trying to get a refund for an order they couldn't even fill. they are not a real florist as it states they just take your money and try to fund a local florist to fill, I have been in contact with them multiple times and still haven't gotten my money back

I share the exasperation of those who ordered, paid, had an immediate order cancellation with a notice of a "system refund" that never arrived despite numerous emails. BBF held my money for 42 days until I called their toll-free # 1-800-723-7788 (despite warnings that customer service is conducted ONLY through email and a non-existent "LIVE CHAT") I explained to the person who answered the phone that I was promised a refund weeks ago that never arrived. He transferred me to a call center where I spoke to Benjamin and was asked for my order number and email address and asked to hold for a few minutes. When he returned he explained that he had ordered my credit to be issued, and asked me before we ended the call to verify that I had I had received both an auto-receipt and a notice from BBF that a refund had been issued, along with an apology. So my advice is to not waste your time emailing their customer service. Cathleen Kaur, who identifies as the "Customer Happiness Manager" will offer you neither happiness or a refund until you call the toll-free number and request a remedy. How this business model is allowed to exist in the state of New York is beyond me. I suspect that the majority of their income is generated by orders that they cannot fulfill, and using delaying tactics to issue a refund well beyond their refund policy. I understand the anger and frustration of the majority of the negative reviewers here, and offer this as a remedy for others. Of course, I will never EVER order through this company again.

I would give this company and -10. Ordered flowers for my mother who has dementia for her birthday as this is about the only way I can do something for her to make her happy. Almost immediately I received an email that my order was canceled but my payment to them already hit my bank. You would think it would be pending till filled. It was a holiday week I waited a full week and emailed. They said they would look into the matter and nothing. I waited another week and sent them another email. Will see what happens this time, other than I will report this company to whoever will listen will write a review and will give them a terrible rating. In today’s times whether it was $50 or $500 I don’t have that money to Waste as I’m sure most people don’t. I also can’t believe they have guidelines for writing a review. It’s not up to this company to speak for me

If I could give ZERO, I would! Ordered flowers only to receive an email almost immediately that the order was cancelled and wasn’t given an exact reason and that my money would be refunded in 2 days. I followed up with them a week later inquiring about why I haven’t received my refund and they said they would look into it. I wish I have thought to investigate this company before ordering. But when you’re in a rush to order flowers for someone, your mind tends to be elsewhere. Such a scam. I hate that people and “companies” are so shady these days. ****Update: within an hour of posting this review, I had a pending refund transaction in my account from Baby Blue Florist. The next day I checked my account to see if it officially posted, the pending refund had disappeared. I spoke with my bank and they said that as easily as they can issue it, they can pull it. Needless to say I have opened a dispute claim and I will continue to see restitution through other avenues. From reading other reviews, this seems to be their scam pattern.

Should have read reviews before placing an order through them. They cancelled my order the same day and emailed me saying they issued a refund. After 2 weeks I still have not received a refund. Will have to dispute the charges with my bank. DO NOT USE BABY BLUE FLORIST!!!!
