This company is a complete joke! I ordered flowers and they said they could not deliver in the area I requested. An area where I have had flowers delivered many times before. Then they said they would refund my money in 1-2 days. It has been over a month. I have contacted them numerous times. They apologize and say they are working on it. They are liars and scammers and now I have to file a fraudulent charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Stay away from this ridiculous company!!!

Yeah, same story as everyone here. Ordered, money taken out of my account immediately, email received said I’d get my refund in 2 days — it’s been a week and I’m still only getting generic, unhelpful replies and the run around from this company. How have they not been shut down yet? This is a scam. The only way I’ll get my money back is to dispute the charge with my bank. Shut them down. Edit: after this review posted, I magically got my refund within minutes. I won’t be changing my star rating though, because I shouldn’t have had to get another party involved to receive my own money.

I had the same problem as most. My credit card was charged right away and then the order was cancelled. I got my money back after 10 emails to them. If I did not get it back I was going dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Super bad place to order flowers. I bought flowers for my girlfriend on the 12th of July and my order was canceled immediately after. They sent me a email saying my refund would be there in 2 days then I called after two days and then they said give it 3 more days and you should have it. Fast forward 8 days later and still nothing. They asked for my order number. And just gave me the run around saying it should be here. And I’m still waiting. It’s so crazy how places like this work. Please never order flowers from here. It is a huge disappointment. I’m just loss for words. Reference number 91553

When having to write a review, it should have 0-5 stars. This company is definitely fraudulent. I placed an order on July 11, a few hours later, they canceled my order, claiming they did not deliver in that area. Received an email stating I would receive my refund in one to two business days. It has been nine days. Multiple phone calls still no refund. Spoke to Fred in customer service. I’m pretty certain Fred is a fake name. still being told to give it a few more days I am expecting a refund of $137.37. I will be reporting this company and their tactics I have already reported to BBB. Will make note on all public social media to be aware of Baby Blue Florist. I rate this company a -0.. DO NOT ORDER FROM BABY BLUE FLORIST!!!! SCAM!!!

I had the same problem as everyone else…Order cancelled, promised a refund, never received. Total scam company. I have a bogus refund receipt number 94608, but haven’t seen any refund to my account. Mine was for my aunts funeral, so I had to scramble to make sure flowers were there for her viewing. DO NOT USE this fake-ass company!!!

Ordered flowers for a funeral, after placing the order within minutes we received a notice of the order being canceled. Wife called them up and they said the same thing a refund has been issued. Had to call he credit card company to dispute the charges to actually get the refund. A month later Credit card issued a refund. Hello Terry, I have personally gone in and issued a refund directly from the bank. Please see the attached refund receipt directly from the bank and please give it a day or two to show on your account. So sorry for the delay and I'm always here for you if you need me!
