Baby Blue FloristReviews of babyblueflorist.com

Much like all the reviews here, i fell in the scam of never getting my refund back, they charged my credit card then moments after i received an email saying the delivery won't go through and i will be refunded, a week later and i still haven't received anything, they don't reply to emails either. AVOID AT ALL COST

I would give zero stars if I could. Cancelled my order but did not notify me. I’m waiting for a refund and will contact the BBB. I’m also canceling my card.

Same issue as everyone else. Placed and order and it was cancelled and supposedly refunded minutes later. Still no refund after almost a month. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB. Order #97112

Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating I can give. I placed two orders with this company. Had I known that the first order was not delivered I would not have placed the second. Needless to say, neither order was ever delivered. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund or, at least, to get what I paid for. Despite assurances from their "customer happiness manager", nothing has been done. Addendum: Finally, I at least got my money back. The day after posting this review I received an e-mail indicating that a refund had been processed. Today I was able to verify that the refund was credited to my credit card, almost 3 weeks after I first questioned why the flowers had never been delivered. I have yet to receive any explanation why the flowers were not delivered.

1000% a scam. Placed an order for flowers to be delivered for my moms birthday and within 45 minutes they had cancelled due to “unexpected local florist cancellation”. Was emailed that I would receive my refund within 2 business days…it’s a month later and instead I’ve had to file a complaint with the BBB and had my bank issue me a new card.

I think this company may literally be a scam/front company set up for something else. I ordered flowers from here a month ago, I was immediately charged, then I got a notice that my order had been cancelled and I was going to be refunded. It has been 4 weeks, I have called 7 times, and they keep assuring me that I will be refunded by the end of the week. It never happens. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I am going to have to call my credit card company to remove this charge. What a joke.

Wow! I have the same exact story as everyone else. I placed an order. Immediately cancelled with the same "I don't understand, I'll investigate this and send a refund immediately". Here I am a month later still waiting. Obvious clip and paste responses. Do not order from them. Do not order from them. Do not order from them. Update: After posting a negative review, filing complaints with the FTC and BBB they are issuing me a refund. So....If you want your money back post a negative review, file complaints with the FTC and BBB then you will get your refund. The complaint process is very easy and takes just a few minutes.

UPDATE: after reaching out again after a full month, and after leaving the original negative review, I did finally receive a refund. —————————- I ordered flowers on June 30. Order was cancelled immediately. I received an email and spoke with someone saying I would receive a refund in 3 days. When that didn’t happen, I followed up and received an email response from Cathleen Kaur on 7/8, apologizing and promising the refund was on the way. When I still had not been refunded in another week, I emailed again and she assured me she was looking into it. Since then, I haven’t heard anything and now it’s August 5th :( I am going to report them and contact my bank if I do not get my money back soon. Order: # 83851
