Concerns About Product Safety and Packaging
The products arrived fairly quickly, but I am not happy that the cereal cardboard box was open and the bag inside could be replaced with other contents easily. Also, the Kendamil formula container from the same order was missing a plastic piece on the lid that is supposed to guarantee the intact of the contents. These products are not cheap and I was hoping the quality check would be better before sending the package to the customer.

Hi Elena, I am sorry to hear about what happened to your order, could you confirm if the box that products came in, looked like it could have been damaged during transport? It is against our company policy to send products like that, so I just want to understand better, is it possible, that during transit box was pressed and that's how cartoon top has opened as well as how that plastic has been broken. Have you found that broken plastic within the package box?
