You guys are impossible to get a hold of. I must’ve sent five emails before you responded regarding my backorder. You never sent confirmation that you receive my order, so you’re lack of communication is the reason for the one star review. I will change it if/once my order arrives. I have no idea when that might be other than sometime in September ‘26.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, as a VERY frustrated grandmother. This furniture is VERY pricey for what it actually is, and my first impression is that it's not much better than Ikea. Additionally, the package came without a CRUCIAL panel, and we have been trying for days to get a response from the company. No phone, no email response, NO HUMANS. Unacceptable for the price. Baby is almost here, and side-sleeper is useless. IF they respond and resolve this correctly (it's been 5 days so far) I may change this review. If not, 1-star stays.

Placed an order and immediately emailed them (multiple times) via direct email and on the website (no phone number works). I wanted the beige color instead of the untreated; they never responded. I then got an email that it shipped. Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service. I am so upset that I went ahead and ordered this product. I will be returning solely based on this situation. I no longer trust the brand.
