Respond to your emails and messages! I have been trying to return my package even before it was delivered and it has been a solid week of trying to get into contact with the Babeina support team and still NOTHING! I've sent three emails and two texts with no luck, I'm debating if I want to just send the package or wait to make sure I don't lose both the necklaces and my money! Please DO BETTER!

I loveeeee my necklace so much it’s absolutely beautiful and is shown in a few of my recent tiktoks (@dxreax). The quality is amazing I’ve showered with it on and it still looks perfect it did take some time to receive a tracking number and for it to get delivered but the product makes it so worth it:)

I placed my order on July 3rd + it hasn’t even been shipped yet as of July 19th. Furthermore, customer service will not respond to my requests for an update. But you want me to do a survey? Utterly disappointed.
