Sent me wrong item and then aired my email to their customer service

The chain was very cheap looking and altogether not worth the buy.

I paid plusz 5.000ft to have my order delivered within 5-7 business days, but after almost 2 weeks it's still nowhere to be found and I have no information about it.

Ordered weeks ago, no shipping update, order never came. No response from customer service.

The item I ordered, paid for, and expected to receive was out of stock. My money was refunded. However, the item still appears on the website for sale. If it’s not available, say so!

Never received my order and customer support didn’t respond. Contacting my credit card company about getting my money back.

I need to return items in my order. I know the return needs to be done within 30 days. I have requested a return label 3 times and no one has responded.
