Upon arrival my navy blue mask with the plastic visor appeared to have a small scratch or dent on it. So I will be contacting support to see what can be done.

I was skeptical about the message "The post received a notice that a package will be sent." Seriously, what dos that actually mean? If the post says , "we have received a package and it's in the works." Now that's meaningful.

The mask is beautiful in your website but the plastic cover up the eyes is a mesh , in not cristal clear as needed , is translucent , imposible to see across it. Everardo

I am communicating with your company to return them for full refund. I cannot see thru them. Not satisfied with suggested partial refund! I want my $ back, & send u your product back.

I thought it would make it easier to Breathe than those paper cloths but it's almost the same thing. Do you have a better 1 to Breathe through? I am willing to pay the money ESP. that I am going on a PLANE SOON TO Tucson, Arizona which right now they are getting a very big hit on COVID-19 So the better protected I am would be great. I even bought a full box of Surgical Gloves & WIPES AS WELL.I have to go their within a month, PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP William Marchese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience. the mask seems to be good quality but it is a little small for my face so the ear loops don't fit.

It’s a great mask and I like them.

I thought the mask was going to be a good one. It turns out there is no elastic at the sides. I will give it a go. I do wonder how will it fit?
