The clear concept is good. The plastic part close to your face takes some getting used to.

the clear plastic is difficult to see through

I love the idea of the shield attached to the mask, but after buying them I find that they cannot be used with glasses. Even without glasses it is almost impossible to fit the nose wire as the shield was not meant to be folded at the nose area. Too, the plastic is not clear enough, even after I figured a way to remove a layer of film. A great idea that needs some work.

the delay in receiving the ordered masks was unacceptable, given that we were not told about the delays when the merchandise was ordered, nor did we receive updates on these delays.

Everything appeared to be fine but one of my mask was damaged. The visor was scratched and even had a small pin size whole. I am disappointed because I have a family of 4 but only received 3 good face coverings.

They arrived, but in the wrong color.

These masks were ultra thin.. The Gaiter barely gets over my head.

Masks took awhile to arrive and are flimsy but filters seems fine.
