Took way longer to receive than expected. I paid for expedited shipping. More importantly, it does NOT fit well. Fits loosely around my face, fogs up when I breathe, and plastic shield does not fit the contour of the face.

One mask arrived was ripped and they didn't even offer to replace it. I got an email saying "can't you try and fix it?". Finally after a few emails they offered to refund 30% ... of the defective mask they sent me not the whole order.

The plastic mask is poor quality and not clear. I expected to use it but with the mask in that condition it’s not worth it.

Mask is just the right size for my wife however too small for me. Need adjustment to lengthen or shorten over the ears.

We ordered the face mask with eye shield. Unfortunately the eye shield was hazy and had scratches so the visibility was very impacted We messaged our concerns and was given the opportunity to return them for a refund. We opted to keep them and we received a 20% refund. I used an exacto knife and removed the plastic shield. Good customer service and quick response.

Order process was ok, but the quality of the eye covering is bad. Fogging plastic, and it makes it hard to read labels of products while shopping in the store
