I paid for faster shipping to get my products to me in time for July 4th holiday. We needed them to wear in our food vending business. I had to purchase other masks to wear, as these did not show up until 7/15/20. LONG past the faster shipping date promised. I would like a refund for the shipping fees I paid.

I got exactly what I ordered, for a great price.

The concept is good, ie, adding coverage for eyes to a mask, but I’m not too impressed with the product. The eye shield does not fit snuggly over the eyes, so provides limited protection, and the shield is not clear, so vision is obscured. Back to the drawing board!

The face coverings are too short for me. If I talk, while wearing them, my jaw pulls the top part down exposing my nose.

When I placed my order for 3 masks I was promised 3 free filters as well. They were never sent, every time I inquired a response unrelated was given. After 3 attempts I was offered a credit which I accepted as there was no other choice. Customer service is unacceptable.

The regular soft pretty masks, are too soft, felt like I was breathing in a balloon. I also ordered the bandana ones that you pull over your head. I like those better and plan on ordering more. The one with the plastic cover for your eyes are better for people that don't wear glasses, also the mouth covering feels too small.
