Buyers beware! Not a reputable Company. We ordered a valvetrain PN B348+AFRX24-MFT online on 08-28-25, Order #126677. We were told they were in stock and after several weeks of it not showing up, we tried calling and emailing on several occasions without response. We are still waiting as of 10-10-2025. Our card was charged at the time of order and payment was processed. Have filed a complaint with our credit card company for a refund. LO

I ordered 450.00 worth of products in October of 2024 that I never received and they will not return emails, texts or phone calls or issue a refund and it is now February of 2025. This place is a scam and should not be in business. I will never buy parts there again.

Ordered something October 29th, 2024. Didn't hear back on the order confirmation until Nov 25, after prodding them numerous times already. Have not received products yet. Since Nov 25, have not heard NOT A WORD... I have literally called 50 times since then, likely left half a dozen voice messages (would have left more, but voice mail almost always full already!), and emailed 20 times, to all three different email addresses I can find for the company... and I have heard NOTHING back. Absolute joke of a business. CANNOT RECOMMEND!!! 0/5! Update: January 31, 2025 - Our finance folks managed to get in touch with someone at their end I guess, and a full refund was issued. Thank you. But why did it take over 2 months to get sorted? The fact that they issued the refund must mean they never shipped anything... Even though the order was placed over 3 months ago. Update: April 14, 2025 - Adding this info after the response from the owner. Appreciate the response. And while you are correct in that the "issue" was resolved, in as far as we got the money back, after 3 months of battling for some kind of answer, then yes. But the real issue to me was the total lack of correspondence., which I quite frankly found unacceptable, so my 1 star review remains.

Ordered a Belimo 3-way characterized valve and actuator with overnight delivery on 1/7/25.It's now been 2 weeks.. Never received a shipping confirmation. After a few days I attempted contacting them through every means at my disposal.. Calling, emailing, texting, leaving messages.. I still haven't received any correspondence from anyone at this company. We have a classroom with special needs children absolutely freezing! At this point we're disputing the charge and taking our business and needs elsewhere.

Stay Away from this Company! We ordered Ridgid 48930 500B Style Bolt Threader Dies on 11-26-2024, Order #124176. We were told they were in stock, so we requested overnight shipping and are still waiting on the order as of 1-6-2025, however the credit card payment was processed! Have attempted several follow-ups with this company via phone/email and no response to either. Will be working with our credit card company for a refund.

I placed an order for 1x Belimo B217b Characterized Control valve (ccv) order #123249, for $83.52 on 8/2/24. I paid an extra $70.00 for overnight shipping for a total of 153.52. and I never received a tracking number for the overnight shipping, when Sunday arrived 1 day after part should have arrived. I send a text message for document purpose. I get a response from a 480 area code stating "we are out of the office but I still reply over the weekend. I took a look at this order, it will ship tomorrow via overnight. for delivery Tuesday". problem being order was placed Friday I should have received part Saturday with the overnight shipping. I will be working with Chase to dispute this charge. Project still on hold, working to locate new vendor. I las believe this company to be a Scam and would stand clear of this company

I placed 2 orders with them, one on 14th Mar 2024 the other on 22nd Apr 2024, first order was partially shipped, second order never shipped. I tried to contact them trough the phone, text messages, email, chat, etc... but no one replies. I payed with paypal I hope they refund me the money.
