Daria Ray and Amanda Mills
Daria Ray and Amanda Mills have been so helpful and on top of things for me getting our dashboard fixed and in tip top shape. Always so pleasant to work with and if they ever have a bad day you will never know it! Ive come to know both of them on more than a work relationship and hope to work with them much more in the future. They have both been an huge part in doing our camera switch and I just know I have them in my back pocket when I need them!

Great Service
The company has good service. Steve Soto does a very good job. My only issue is that sometimes it seems like the video doesn't show an infraction well. For instance, sometimes I can tell that someone slowed down at a yellow light, but it doesn't really look like a significant infraction.

Brendan is great - the tech side could use a little work.
Our service Rep, Brendan, has worked very hard to help make this a positive experience. He works to help us get the most out of the product and is willing to delve into many issues we've been experiencing. I would give him a full 5 stars for his attention to detail, poise under pressure, and his dedication to providing excellent customer service. The tech side of the platform is experiencing quite a few errors and issues with maintaining data - nothing fatally flawed, but very discouraging at times. Each time an issue arises, they work to correct it but have made it clear there are limits to how many steps they are willing to take to correct a problem. These are issues that I had not ever experienced with Azuga on the original platform several years ago prior to using them with my current organization.

I truly appreciate his prompt communication and dedication to making sure everything is handled efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and attentive — his customer service is top-notch!
