Excellent! My Finance was extremely happy with the engagement ring. Fit her perfectly and now she refuses to ever take it off! On top of it all, it was extremely well-packaged, and the customer service was super good, making sure I was happy with the ring.

I want to thank Azeera for being so amazing and easy to use. The website is built for comfort when looking for that special gift. It was my wife’s birthday and I wanted to get her a matching wedding band for her ring. After looking through other sites for countless weeks,I finally came across the band I wanted to gift her. Being able to customize the band from the website to having it engraved with our anniversary was one of my favorite aspect as it felt as if I was actually working with someone behind the screen. To make it better the package ended up coming a day early from the eta I was given. I truly loved the details that went into packaging the band and the gift that Azeera provided us. My wife loved her gift and loved the handwritten card that came along from the Azeera team. After searching around for a good ring, I found Azeera. The ring arrived and looked exactly how it did on the website. My fiancé loved it when she received it. After a few months, the gem fell out of the ring, but after letting them know we arranged to ship it back, with me only having to pay shipping. I just sent it back, but I don't believe ill have any issues with it when I get it back. Overall it has been a pleasant experience dealing with them. I don't plan on buying any rings right now, but if i do i expect ill be dealing with Azeera again.

Excellent ring! My wife loved her ring, but it was too large. Azeera's customer service is the best. They took care of the problem quickly and their communication was superb! I will definitely buy from them again.

The Fedex delivery driver knocked at my door and handed me the package with a smile. The box was very well thought out, definitely not a package that could easily get lost. The ring was exactly what I expected. The engraved past was easy to read.
