Expensive shipping and surprising…
Expensive shipping and surprising customs fee for Canada. Also received a defected part, they tried to give us a discount for another order instead of a partial refund. Otherwise a good product.
Response from Azar DisplaysApr 17, 2018
Thank you Lakesan for your review and for speaking with me over the phone about your issue. Whenever we deal with customer issues we always do our best to resolve the situation to the best of our ability and within reason. We have added on our website a disclaimer stating that the website quoted freight cost does NOT include custom duties, taxes or brokerage fees. I am happy that in the end you are using the product and I hope it works out good for you. Thank you again for writing to us and giving us feedback.

Great Quality
Arrived quickly. We have ordered these stand signs in the past and they lasted 5 years of high usage in and outdoors. Replaced due to some scratches and rust that was visible. Very please with the quality and the look of the item and glad it was still available to replace.

Pretty good service
Very quick delivery. However, with regard to the Plexiglas frames: the mounting holes in the corners don't line up quite right. They're usable, but it shouldn't be an issue at all.
Response from Azar DisplaysApr 12, 2018
Thank you for your feedback, we spoke with our QC department about this issue and they are looking into it to rectify any deviant in the holes. If you ever have any issues with our products, please fee free to reach out to us. Thank you Azar Displays
