I have generally been happy with your company and products but.....I am disappointed with your return policy. It is not clearly stated at time of purchase. I recently made a purchase which will not work for my retail location. I searched your website for returns and was very shocked that will lose money on a restocking fees (plus return shipping fees).

I have been in contact with customer service about order but no solution has been completed. Before ordering, we asked about the weight the display can handle. Currently that display is cracked and broken. Customer service can be better with handling issues.

When I ordered 2 pegboards a list of possible hardware needed showed up on the website. I ordered 8 screws and they arrived but were too short to use. I had to make a trip to the local hardware store (challenging these days) to finish the project.

Delivery was quick and well packaged. However, This is an expensive product for what you actually get. My two criticisms are: 1) the panels are a hair thicker on one half due to the plastic mold process vs the other half of the panel, so when you line them up beside each other and fasten to the wall there’s a slight offset in the depth of the panels because the thicker side of one panel needs to go directly beside the thinner side of the other. 2) there were numerous black flecks in the orange acrylic on 3 of the 4 panels - very noticeable. Despite best efforts to remove them they were clearly in the plastic resin itself. Again, for the cost of these panels that is unacceptable and it’s clearly material contamination of some sort in the manufacturing process.

Do appreciate their products and service. Didn't like placing an order which was shipping from PA to NJ. The final order did not include shipping, so I assumed it was free. Placed the order for one price, then the next day received an invoice with a different price which included shipping for almost the same price as the item. Other than that I do love their products.

I ordered 2 rotating displays. On one of them, the bottom where the rotating plate is is not secure & keeps falling off.
