Order corrected! Great Service! Only 1 of 2 items recieved, billed for both.
Updating my original review. Regarding communication, Azar had issues with power to their building so not their fault. Customer service staff contacted me and let me know they had already corrected my order. Great communication and excellent customer service! Thank you! Previous experience was good. Last order was processed and only 1 of 2 items were received even though we have been billed for 2 items. Two messages left with customer service. One after hours on a Friday. No response yet on Monday. Second message left Monday morning during your business hours yet the voice message says no one is available? Please respond, ref order 233460. 2 of 206390 ordered and paid for. Only one of the items received. E-mail is on file, contact phone number has been left by voice mail twice. Thank you.
