Ordered 16 shelves and 4 showed up broken. No signs of damage to the box, just broken pieces inside. Not sure if there's bad inspection when packaging or just poor packaging. Definitely could have been packaged better. After contact with Azar, they are preparing a new shipment to replace the damaged shelves. Quick customer service response.
