They are confident in their excellent customer support but avoid replying to your questions when you ask one and direct you for a refund. Also the tool is not fully customizable. You can only set up your quiz according to what they have available and it's not enough. You sharing our conversation without my consent actually goes against GDPR, hope you know that. Secondly, I've been trying to explain the problem I'm having with screenshots, but your agents don't seem to understand. I clearly cannot screenshot everything, I do not have time for that. And a company who prides in their customer satisfaction doesn't even provide video-chat support to solve my problem quickly! Except, I'm asked to give more details which require me to go through the steps/details of the survey I'm trying to set up from the beginning each time.
