Unfortunately I had to apply for a refund
First of all I was happy with this plugin, but after publishing my survey and getting 1100+ entries, I discovered that the lay-out of the multi-answer box in the horizontal bar chart is becoming a total chaos when you have more than 8 answers. Because the height stays the same, all entries are crunched which makes the results unreadable. Ays-Pro explanation is that his can't be edited by CSS code because it's generated by an Google Chart API. Despite the good support, for me this was the reason to ask for a refund and switch to another survey plugin. Respons to Ays-Pro: As I wrote in my updated review, the reason why I changed my review and downgraded it into a 2-star, is that the bar-chart becomes unreadable when there are more than 8 entries. I think this is an important problem for other users as well. I appreciated your support via email, but I have been fighting with this plugin for days as it seemed to be unable to change the CSS codes or another issue, hide certain ‘Other…’ answers. You’re welcome for me giving you that idea. These CSS frustrations wouldn’t have been necessary if you would build the results in a display which can be changed by CSS, and not be generated in a svg image by Google Chart API. Your suggestion to hire a CSS developer is absurd, as I know what I’m doing and no coding worked. Although, not being able to use CSS coding would have been acceptable for me, but the fact that the bar-chart shows to be unreadable as it’s completely crunched – which shows in my case important outcome data – is unacceptable for me. So, all my support tickets wouldn’t have been necessary if your technical setup would be better. As good as your plugin works in the admin, I hope this feedback will motivate you to make your plugin better on the front-end.

Dear Yolanda Lippens, Thank you for your review and feedback. Sorry to hear that you have made a decision not to use our plugin and give us a 2-star rating after providing support for your queries for a long time. We have done our best to address your questions promptly. Just for other readers, I want to mention, that the customer left a 4-star rating initially. Then, the client contacted us with over 20 emails. Our Support Team has always been highly responsive by addressing all the emails within counted hours. Our Customer Care Specialists have dedicated over 20 hours to resolving the client's issues and queries. Later on, the customer asked for a refund and we issued the refund in counted hours. However, after processing the refund promptly, we noticed that the rating was subsequently updated to 2 stars. We believe the 2-star rating may not fully reflect the efforts we put into addressing the customer's concerns. !Update: I am happy to inform you that, since your review, we have made lots of improvements to the plugin. We made the Styles page structured by adding expanding/collapsing sections for the group of options. We’d love for you to give us another try and share your thoughts on the updates. Thank you.
