This company wants returns sent to China!
I received the package and was awestruck at how small and cheap it looked. I did not take anything out of the box and immediately asked to send it back for a refund. Axiatool keeps sending me emails offering a discount, but I don't want the product and am afraid of taking it out of the box to try to use it because then there would be no chance for a return refund! They instructed me to return the item to China at my expense, which they estimated to be at least $20. Also state that if there is any damage that occurred during shipping, they would deduct from any refund that I could receive.
