I normally wear XL jacket, ordered 2XL so that I could comfortably wear sweater or sport coat under the winter car coat I ordered. I can’t zip up the jacket even with just a tshirt on. Way too small. I’ve sent an email asking to return 24 hours ago now and no answer. Will repost if they respond and refund.

I ordered my jacket from their website and i received it.. the problem was that it was too big on me.. i tried contacting their support to exchange the jacket for a smaller size but i still didn't receive an answer from them after a week of waiting.. **Edit(2024-09-15): They responded saying sorry for the delay of the response but i still have no response from them..**

Ordered 2 jackets and a belt.. Jackets are great, belt is faulty. No response to any emails over 2 weeks to organise what to do regarding the belt.. Wouldn’t advise purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, the feedback I’m reading is you won’t get anywhere.,

They simply resell EKLENTSON jackets with longer ship times. The 'sale' has been ongoing for years, and the jackets they are reselling are sold on amazon for $50.

This was my first purchase and I wasn't really worried at all thanks to all the positive reviews I saw here. A few days later my order arrived and everything is as promised. The jacket is neat and I am satisfied!
