Do not buy from this place. Have emailed 6 times for return of clothing incorrect size and have not had a response. Quality of clothing receive also is very mediocre quality.

Thiscompany is a scam, I ordered a coat back in december, and never recieved my item! The company keeps lying to me and telling me it is being shipped. THIS IS OVER THE COURSE OF 8 MONTHS!! They refuse to issue me a refund, instead opting to lie to me. I have all the emails to prove it!!! Do NOT order from this company. You will be scammed!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Ordered a coat then they sent the wrong item. They would not pay for return and the advertisement for hassle free is a complete lie. Terrible company.

Order was states as "delivered" on their separate SHOP tracking app, but their website still says "on the way." When emailing them about the actual status of my package because I have not received it, they stated they could not offer a refund as it said "delivered." I am now out $120 because of poor customer service and delivery clarification. I will not be recommending or shopping with Axel Wears anymore.

Scam from cheap clothes that don't fit ( I normally wear a size Large and went to XXL for a jacket that costs $115. It got here and was still too small. I now have to send to ITALY (!) after uploading a picture and filling out a PDF and emailing to them - just to get the return address. Turns out it will cost ME $58 in shipping fees to send to Italy and wait a return that will come .. when ????? YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND YOU WILL BE RETURNING. *** STAY AWAY ***

Scam don’t buy from that web site

I bought a coat and I didn't recieve the purchase. I wrote them several times and I only have a vague response where they said that they don't have the item on stock. So I asked for a refund and they never respond me again.

I bought a parka from them, than I returned it, the way they wanted, it’s original packaging, tags, and in time, …etc. November 2024. Since than, I’m sending them emails about my refund, and every time they say it will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve the problem. After that I never hear back from them, until I go back send another email again the same answer. I have all of their emails, all the pictures, everything.
