Got a couple coats from Axel and so far so good. Warm comfortable clothes and price doesn’t bite.

The jacket arrived to me faster than I was expecting. It’s awesome! Easily one of the best jackets I had until now. I usually dislike buttons on a jacket but these are nice and work well. There are enough pockets to pick up a few extra stuff for the chilly weather. My wallet fits easily in the pockets inside the jacket. I got the black color as it’s my favorite and it’s perfect and stylish. If you are wondering about the size-then it fits as expected. I always wear large and that’s the one I chose.

I advise you not to trust this company for several reasons that I will now list: Misleading images of products. Long customer service response times. When you send back your order the company will never collect the delivery and consequently will not refund the money spent. In practice a real rip-off both for the product itself and for the time and money that will make you lose.

Product arrived in a reasonable time and overall respects the presentation, in my case (Axel frost parka) it is still a jacket produced in China (Chinese quality) which can be purchased directly on the various Chinese ecommerce at significantly lower prices. The logo and the internet page are clearly superior in quality to the product.

I was unsure about the size I should order so I contacted the support team about it. They were super helpful and answered all of my questions. So I went ahead and placed my order which just arrived. The jacket came well packaged and I really like how it looks on me.

Really happy with my purchase on Axel Wears. I bought the Survivor jacket and a belt. The jacket is comfortable and warm. I was a little worried about the delivery, but the package was left at the door and it only took a little over a week’s time to come. Overall I had a decent experience in the store and will be recommending to my friends!

Company has on its site a policy where you can cancel your order within 12 hours. I wrote to them within an hour and while I got the first response few hours later, I got another email today asking me if I wont change my mind if they provide a 15% discount coupon. Very shady practices, seems almost like a scam. Will update this review if the situation changes. Update: In the end the amount (while several euros lower- apparently because its a different currency) was refunded. So changing the rating accordingly.
