First off, the customer service was the best and right in top of everything. I’m a first time buyer, and the briefs I ordered fit perfectly but thongs needed one size up. Sadly, the thongs I ordered no longer had the medium sizes available I needed. Justin (customer service rep) offered me replacements in a different style thong. So initially I begrudgingly said yes and sent mine back. I got the replacements in no time. The fit was perfect and actually love the cut and style better than my first order. It is so sexy and flattering on the backside. The fabric on the briefs/bikinis and thongs feel amazing and hold everything down there perfectly. I’m now a forever fan and will be a repeat customer.

As my first purchase from them, I bought the Shamrock Green CLIMAX Brief, the Purple FLAUNT Trunk, and the Steel Blue “Oops” REVEAL Thong. I was satisfied with two of the three items: the CLIMAX brief and the “Oops” REVEAL Thong. The fits were spot on, the material was great, and I loved the colors. However, the FLAUNT trunk disappointed me with it’s baggy pouch area. Despite the initial concerns, AWRY’s exceptional customer service as I mentioned, promptly addressed my issues and demonstrated a commitment to exceeding my expectations. I would like to express my gratitude to Jay and Justin, who actively participated in resolving my matter.

A cost effective semi-premium men's brand in the US. I bought one pair of underwear to sample, with a discount code, and was happy with them; if not for the code I doubt I would have chanced it TBH. I have a huge underwear drawer bordering on addiction, and these fit as well as most, fairly true to size, and with a very ample pouch, which what I wanted to try, so no bunching and constricting. I wouldn't mind if they came in the same cut with a more premium material, I don't generally buy cotton like but they are good. Well made, fairly thick material, and well designed. Shipped fairly quickly as well, if you're on the hunt for their products, go for it! Regular price was $22 and well within range of quality/style.
