The upfront, no nonsense offer was attractive. No expensive sports cars, lavish backgrounds or bundles of cash flashed before you. No cursing or (“the MAN is out to get you”) rhetoric. Just the FACTS…the process and work ethic needed to succeed. They are looking for honest, dedicated partners and appear to be ready to assist you for your success! I’m jumping into the jetstream and expecting even more than I can imagine! 👍

I have attended a few broker/buyer video classes. Very well done. I get several emails about each class, some give better descriptions about the content of the lesson. I suggest you make all classes available for re-viewing. Thrilled with the module training.

They make the training very easy and readable and understandable and they also dig into the paperwork that it would take to get the deal done as well as the mindset it takes to be a successful real estate investor thanks so much

I think the REI program has been great and informative so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I have not implemented what I’ve learned so far. I am still in the process of the modules and look forward to my first transaction.

Y'all seem pretty efficient and VERY attentive to newbies. Everything was sent like you all said it'd be. But there's always 1 or 2 people following up after something is sent and to check on our progress and let us know where we can get answers to any questions. My only reason for not giving 5 Stars is due to the mixup. I had watched all the videos on the TAX FORECLOSURE OVERAGE and I wanted to sign up for it but I didn't have the $75 fee. I tried emailing you to waive it or suspend it till my first check but I never got a response. My brother loaned me the money for it and thought I had made it before the deadline and quickly signed up and paid the $75. I was a little suspicious when the name didn't sound right but I watched Jacobs video and I was pretty sure. Luckily I lost the intro email with my assigned username and password and I finally got a new one today but I also got the follow up texts and I was sure then I had signed up for the wrong one. I sent an email explaining this and requesting to either switch to the one I was trying to get into or refund my money so that I'm not out $75 I didn't have in the first place and is borrowed money. I have no experience, money, credit, or any interest in buying real estate.

MY VIEW The first bold step is to see myself as a Money Lender NOT a broker as I have began this journey. The starting lineup has given me great insight on which players you are to be familiar with when you want to be a successful money broker( Money Lender). I have also had the opportunity of choosing private funding to others because of the various merits. I however, didn't get the explanation or insight into the map showing the various colors depicting where one can explore when you want to start the money brokerage business but I hope to get the understanding as we go along.
