Hello! I would like to say I am very grateful for the service I have been receiving from the customer support team! I sent an email to them because I was panicking about a transaction over the weekend. Olga Garcia reassured me that on the next business day, they would make sure to help me finish my process. When Monday came, I rushed to my computer and went straight to the chat. Melo C took my case and fixed the issue immediately on the spot! I was so relieved and GRATEFUL! It is a very easy format and very lighthearted. The programs I have done so far are also reaonsabley priced. I like how I can pause, take notes and pace myself, as well as print out the digital "cliff notes" as well to study further.

The training is easy to understand and follow, and at your pace. Honesty. The website is good but very hard to follow. I had to play with it a lot before i figured it out. The people. They are awesome. Very eager to help. Always cheerful. And they respond quickly. I can honestly say i truely love AWESOMEREI. I'm an old computer it's nothing that can't be easily fixed
