I called due to not seeing the programs I paid for. I had logged into the wrong website. My request for help was answered within an hour. The representative was patient since I am not computer savvy and helped me to log in to the right website and answered my questions and provided several tips on how to log in the next time. Thanks for all the help.

I've been a customer with Awesomely, LLC, for a couple of years. Recently I purchased a program of which I had already bought. This was an oversight on my part. Within minutes after the purchase, I received a courtesy email indicating of my duplicate purchase. Thr email was a terrific and professional response in looking out for me as a member and customer. Kudos to the support team and the programs availalbe in the Awesome, LLC website are all excellent.

First of all really want to do this journey But I’m not a computer savvy Need to navigate but don’t know how Secondly every time I watch one of your programs (which I’m not done yet) I have to buy a site to go into Requires lots of money and if I cannot navigate Guess got to learn which requires lots of time

The moment i got the training i dive right in head first. I was skeptical at first but it makes sense once you really brain storm lees training to succeed. Im firm in believing once i have boots on the ground. Im asking ill do my part to get through the training i wont skip or try to go faster. Ever detail as a beginner like myself needs every detail to understand what to say how to approach and knowing how to get to the finish line. Thats me, Iim asking i wont give up on you please have faith in me because i need to get to my first check is my challenge to myself. The service to understanding this training was awesome thanks. I emailed customer service with a "logon issue" on a Sunday afternoon. I got an immediate response and the problem was fixed!!!!
