The customer service for this company is exceptional. I reached out a couple of times and very quickly received a response that resolved my concerns. I was very positively surprised. I am fairly certain I will be ordering more items in the future.

So far I like the quality and material used, I needed a different size and reached out to the support line. They answered promptly with a generous offer of replacement and no requirement to send my original order back! WOW! Waiting to get my new order so I can enjoy wearing my new bras.

Started out kinda shaky. But soon M. White and I got on the same page. I admit I wasn’t great at communicating my concerns. But M. White stayed in the conversation and soon both of us came to an agreement that worked. I was pleasantly surprised at M. White’s resolve. She worked with me until I was completely satisfied. That’s customer service at work. Thank you M. White for unexpected customer support. T.L. (A real satisfied customer)

I reached out to Avulea once I received my order and realized I needed to make a change. I contacted Avulea thru email and Margaret from Avulea responded to me and helped me correct the issue. Thank You Avulea. I look forward to doing business with you again.

My experience with Margaret, the customer service representative, was truly exceptional. She was incredibly polite and patient while helping me navigate a complicated sizing issue, and allowing me to keep the original items made the process so much easier. The replacements arrived in perfect condition. While the delivery updates were different from what I am used to with standard domestic couriers, the shipping was straightforward. The items themselves are very comfortable, soft, and pliable, though I did find that the sizing runs a bit small.
