I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of an item. MY mistake. They were gracious in sending the correct size. Delivery was a bit (not too) slow but they didn’t use fascism-leaning delivery service. Can’t say enough good about their customer service. And a fine product too.

I ordered the wrong size(probably my fault for not reading description properly) so I was a bit disappointed when they were too tight. I wasn't sure what to do since I never ordered from them before so I emailed the address on the site and received a response in a timely manner and they told me to keep the ones I received and they will send me the proper size at no extra charge,LOVE IT! They made it simple and I can't wait, they are nice tops(not cotton) but a newer type of silky ish material which feels good. I will definitely order again from them.

As my order arrived I was disappointed that I had not got the right fit. After sending an email to find out how to return my purchase I got a very speedy reply. They wanted to know how to help to find my right size, which part didn’t fit and so on. I did that and they suggested the right size and promised to send that size, no need to return the once that didn’t fit. Now that is a brilliant customer service!!!
