The product was just the quality that I expected, but the size ran a bit small. I contacted customer service and received a prompt solution to my situation. They were pleasant and accommodating. I needed to exchange my order for a larger size. The process was very easy. Margaret was very pleasant and helpful. Other than me choosing the wrong size at first, the product is great and comfortable. It is so nice not to have fastenings digging into my bony back .

I got a size too small and they sent me a size bigger

I am 74 years old and find the bands on bras very uncomfortable so I decided to try the Ávulea tank top. I ordered the incorrect size for my body and thought returning it would be a hassle. To my surprise their customer service is top notch. After a few emails back and forth with Margaret she helped me with sizing and quickly replaced my order with a different size. I’m sure I will be ordering again.

I ordered a size that was too small. You made the process of getting the next size large so easy. No return necessary. Just wait for the new ones to show up. Excellent customer service. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. Wonderful experience. Kudos!
