Fast and easy! Customer Service is wonderful! The size I had ordered didn't fit correctly and, after a quick email to let them know it didn't fit, a replacement item is on it's way, no questions asked!

The top runs small. I ordered according to the size chart and it was too tight for my liking. I contacted customer service and they were so nice and helpful. They sent a bigger size immediately. I was very happy with their service.
