Very seldom, if ever, do I rate anything with 5 stars as I believe there is always room for improvement. However, AVULEA is an exception. Not only is the product as freeing as advertised, the Customer Service is truly what made me leap to 5. It is so refreshing in this day and age to have a company that not only stands behind its product but delivers polite, prompt and professional service. Thank-you Avulea! Janet S. Nanaimo, BC

Customer service is awsome. Very easy to work with. They responded quickly to my correspondence and were understanding of my issue. The product is well made, high quality. Hoping the resolution works.

I ordered three bra tops from Avulea. Because they were too tight I asked for a refund and was planning to exchange them. What I was offered was to keep the ones I have and they would send me three more in a larger size. The Response time was reasonable, and I really appreciate their customer service and kindness.

Once I figured out how to respond to the email you were quick to respond to me. Very pleased with your reply to send me another size. I usually do not like to order on line, but you have made it a pleasant experience.

I just received my tank and was pleasantly surprised. The fit is perfect, it’s very comfortable, material soft and I can’t wait to wear it. Margaret, at Customer Service, was very helpful and kept in contact until it arrived. I’m very pleased with my Avulea tank.

The best customer service from an apparel company I have ever received! I ordered the wrong size tank tops (which are great quality) and they quickly responded and sent the new size while allowing me to keep the original order.

Customer service was outstanding! I had an issue with size, and they communicated effectively to solve the problem. Sent replacements with no issue. At no cost. Plus, they offered a free item for my inconvenience. I'm in love with these tanks and can't wait to see my pretty new colors!!

I received an email the day my order was delivered asking if I needed any assistance with the order. I did need assistance and it was completed by the next day. Great customer service!
