I needed to exchange the tanks I had ordered for a larger size, so I contacted Avulea’s customer service team. I received an almost immediate response, and the representative was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and professional. My replacement order was placed right away, and I was kindly told that I did not need to return the original items. I plan to pass them along to someone who can use them and enjoy the freedom of going without a bra. Thank you, Avulea, for a great product and such prompt, outstanding customer service!

I was disappointed with the ease of getting bras on and off. Margaret in customer care responded to my email within a few hours and had an acceptable solution ready. Quick response was SO appreciated I haven't received the new size yet but the helpfulness in trying to make me satisfied is truly appreciated.

I ordered a slightly wrong size and they are sending the next size at no charge. Tanks are lovely and should work great 😊

This company did the best to help & advise me with getting the right size item. They then will send me a replacement at no charge. They responded quickly to my e-mails asking for help & advice.

Avulea was excellent at customer communication. They let me know when the product was coming. They also asked about how the product fit and when I mentioned it was a little snug, they offered to send a larger one at no charge and I didn't have to bother with returning the product. I feel they went above and beyond excellent customer service.

I ordered three tank top bras. When they arrived they were too small! Of course I was unhappy. When I contacted Avulea they were willing to send me three more tank tops in a larger size, and the amazing thing is I don't have to return the too small tank tops!!
