I wish I could give them " no stars"! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NO GOOD!!!! After ordering from this company, I received my package and I tried on my new purchase. I always wear size Medium, I could not even fit it on, that is how small it is, also, the material feels not comfortable at all. Anyway, getting in touch with customer service and requesting a refund, here are some of the responses I received; reply nr.1; Thank you for your message and sharing your request. We understand you would like to return the item(s) for a full refund. As the item(s) received are not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please note that we are unable to provide a prepaid return label in this case, and return shipping would need to be arranged at your own cost. To make this process easier and avoid the inconvenience, cost, and waiting time of returning the item(s), we would like to offer you a special resolution option: a 50% refund to your original payment method, and you may keep the item(s). This option is designed to be the fastest and most hassle-free solution, as it allows you to receive a significant refund immediately without needing to package, ship, or wait for the return to be processed. If you choose to proceed with a return instead, you are absolutely welcome to do so. However, please note that return shipping costs will not be covered, and the full refund can only be issued once the item(s) are received back in our warehouse. Please let us know which option you prefer, and we will take care of it right away for you. I asked for the address to send my return to and this is what I received; Hi Els, Thanks for getting back to us. Because the item has already been worn, we’re unfortunately unable to accept it as a return for a refund. Worn items can no longer be returned to our inventory or sold to another customer, as we need to make sure all returned items meet the necessary hygiene and quality standards. We’re also unable to accept only the unworn items from the order as a partial return, as our return process requires the whole order to be returned together and the items to remain unused and in their original condition. Company is not reputable. Fiber content of garment is not as advertised (poor quality) and the sizing chart escapes reality. After waiting 9 business days, credit has not been issued on returned merchandise. Garment was purchased by Joanne Brown.

I was charged for this tank on June 4. I returned it over a month ago (June 17th) and have not received my refund as of today, August 4th. The quality of the tank was not what I expected and the fit not what I expected either (very cheap, as other customers have commented.) I am more upset with the very poor (and likely AI) customer service (from "Margaret White, is she even real, probably not) and the lack of honesty about how and when I will get my money back very dissatisfied. Avoid this if you can help it. Ps. Update on August 18. My refund has been completed but only after I was very persistent pressing on them and after I wrote the above review.

This company is not to be trusted. I ordered from them almost three weeks ago and my items still haven’t shipped. Plus, I’ve written two separate emails asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded, but the woman who responded (Margaret) has said two different things - first, there was a delay in my order and then, the package had already been sent to the USPS. The tracking on my order has said the same thing since July 12th - “your items are about to be shipped”. I will never order online from this company again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone else. I have to wonder if their positive reviews are simply fake. 👎🏼

Sizing is incorrect. I reviewed the size chart and took fresh measurements - 1 to 2 sizes too small. There is also padding, thick padding that I do not want or need and it is not removable. The colors are not the vibrant colors shown. Very disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This company is deceitful. It claims it's located in Wyoming, but their product ships from "YenExpress' in China and takes up to a month to arrive. I placed my order on July 18th and it now July 28th. The tracking number says 'preparing to be shipped'. Still not even shipped 10 days after my order. I carefully read the reviews on Trust Pilot prior to ordering from this company,and I am confused as to why people make references to orders 'taking a long time to arrive' and other issues but no one has said the simple truth - which is that this company is shipping from China and very likely located in China, and that every single person who wrote a review has been dealing with 'Margaret' who seems happy to send out new product but won't allow returns or a paid shipping label. Margaret is likely an AI who doesn't exist This entire company is a fake drop ship from China and I chastize myself for falling for it.

I ordered 3 tank tops, the next day my credit card was charged, and 3 weeks later they had not even shipped. Margaret, clearly the only customer service person they have, wrote me back, saying she would look into the Yun Express shipping that was supposed to take place. I then did some digging into this company, saw horrible reviews and called my bank to cancel my credit card charge. I eventually got 2 of the 3 tank tops, not true to size, unfinished edges and seams, terrible pads, and they didn't look like the pictures on the website at all. This is a scam and a total grift. Do NOT order Avulea.

This company’s product is a scam. I bought one and received a top with two pieces of round, flat pieces of foam, resembling pancakes, where the advertised bra cups were supposed to be. I contacted them. “Margaret” responded, asking for photos of the defective top. I sent photos along with their advertising picture of the product showing what the bra cups were supposed to be like. She then claimed that the people who sew their tops insisted that what I got was not defective, and she made this claim again in a second email, when I disagreed. Her words exactly: “after carefully reviewing the photos you provided, our team has confirmed that the item you received is not defective and matches the intended design and construction of this product. Because of this, we are unable to classify this as a damaged or incorrect item, and we cannot issue a full refund or provide a prepaid return label.” My item is clearly defective and incorrect. Avulea has false advertising and sends out products which are nothing like what’s advertised. The whole point of these tops is to provide breast support with bra cups built in, to replace wearing uncomfortable bras. What I received had no bra cups at all, just two pieces of flat foam. Now I have to do a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. I would not recommend buying anything from Avulea. Don’t waste your time and money on this scam.
