Just beyond what I expected from customer service. I bought these for a birthday gift for my dear sister in law with really bad back issues. Of course I orderededtoo small but these guys are amazingly helpful to send replacements. We are very pleased to try the correct size.

I had some problems with cup size on bra. Emailed company a couple of times. Finally Margaret responded. This lady got things done. Emailed a couple of times, and my issue was solved. Awaiting new size, she told me to keep wrong size. (Might give to sister). I was a bit miffed at the start, but company came through. Will shop with them again.

My experience with Avulea was unbelievable. I had ordered what I thought was my size and when the two tank tops with bra cups arrived and didn’t quite fit, I was disappointed as I could see that they were so nicely made and just what I needed at this stage of my life. When I looked for info as to how to exchange for a larger size and couldn’t find it, I emailed the company. I was amazed by the quick response and the generosity I received. I’ve never run into such good customer service and friendliness. I felt like I was more than just an order number! 😊 I’m looking forward to receiving the new tanks and pray that the fit is perfect.
