Although I wish that my initial order had worked for me since I absolutely love the product (I am 70 and done with bras), I was unable to get the fit right and stay in place. I was going to just return all of them (I had received a total of 5), but decided to try and contact Avulea by email to see if they could provide help. I received a response back the very next day and they will be shipping a new, replacement order to me in a different size, and without the need for me to return my initial order. That was totally unexpected and really surprising. It is hard for me to get around these days and I don't often go out. I am very impressed by their response. I love this product and am crossing my fingers that the new size will solve the problems I was having. I'll update this review, if necessary, but to this point, I am extremely pleased with Avulea and, in particular, their Customer Service. I can't wait for my replacement order!

I am 75 and have been wearing the same bras for 10 years. I am 4’ 10” and weigh about 130, short and squat. I have been complaining about bras for as long as I can remember. I saw the Avuela tops on Facebook and they looked interesting. I have purchased a few bras that had the cups and my heavy breasts kind of slid out. So when my husband saw them he suggested I give them a try. The point that seemed perfect was that under the cups was a wide band that I hoped would work. I ordered 3 bras, knowing they wouldn’t fit and could send them back. Well, I was extremely happy with these! I put one on immediately and was super happy that I followed your instructions that said if you’re not sure of the size, order the next size up. I wore it the entire rest of the day and it is so comfortable I cannot believe it. As to my main concern that my heavy breasts wool fall out of the cup, never happened! I know this is probably TMI but I’m sure many short women would have the concerns and wanted to give a detailed description of how happy I am with Avuela!!

I received my order and loved the material and smoothness of the fit, however it was too big. I received a follow up email asking if I was happy, when I explained the fit problem they quickly issued as replacement in a size smaller. I am anxiously waiting delivery and hoping for the right fit. I appreciate the speedy checkin, response, and solution!

When I had a problem with the sizing, their response was quick and replacements were shipped. They are comfortable enough to even sleep in, no digging.

I have had to reorder twice, & I was told there would be no problem. Items arrived in good time frame. The fact I didn’t have to mail back the too big sizes was a great money saver!

I'm amazed at their generous offer to send a replacement package to me at no additional cost.
