I could not use the smaller size as it was most uncomfortable, but Margaret at Avulea.com guaranteed to replace them with three two sizes larger however, I am unable to track the order which was to be replaced August 26 and delivered 5-9 days later. The old order keeps coming up in the tracking.

I had a bit of trouble in initial contact regarding my order but was able to get a response via their email. My delivery seemed very slow to me but ultimately I did receive the product. I love the material of the shirts with built in bra. You might be sure of size before ordering. Overall, very satisfied with their customer service.

Responed to problem in timely order. Product very nice but very small and ordered size according to size chart but could not even put on at all. Company is going to replace in larger size no cost to me. Hopefully they fit because very nice products.

My question about my initial order was answered quickly and graciously by agent, "Margaret", who may be a real person vs AI bot. My order arrived with the requested size change, but with a damaged foam insert. I asked for the damaged part to be replaced. "Margaret" again responded graciously, and offered a complete new item. Avulea did not want original item returned, and offered 30% discount on a future order.Respinses were far above other import vendors in my experience. Product was good quality, policies professional (vs abusive, as I have experienced elsewhere). Very pleased.

I originally gave them a negative review but, after several back and forth discussions, we eventually came to an agreement and settled the misunderstandings. Their product was not a good fit for me, but I returned it and got a full refund.
