Avulea went far and above having a great customer service. They excelled!! The thought of getting an exchange of size and waiting for the process to be completed was very unwelcomed. So, I sent my request to Avulea Customer service, they answered my E-mail right away and made the exchange so easy for me. I just had to tell them the corrected size and they did all the work at no additional cost to me. Love This Company!!!

Exemplary customer service. The tops did not fit quite right so I was sent free replacements with no returns. The issued was addressed right away. This is a great company with a great product! Thank you!

These camisoles are great! I have been wearing camisoles without a bra instead of a bra for years and these are a huge step up. I ordered 3 in a medium, wore one several times. It just didn’t fit well. So I decided I needed them larger. I contacted customer service, who were so helpful. They replaced them with larges. I am very happy with the large. I would recommend ordering them in a size larger than you normally would wear. Thank you for the comfort and freedom Avulea!

There was no dickering around about returning and replacing or refunding. Greatly appreciated the support and replacement.

Excellent support and quick response. Very helpful when the size I ordered was too tight. I should have read and heeded the other reviews that warned the product runs small!

With only 2 emails, I got a quick pleasant, warm response and I had new size tops on the way. Very pleased with the customer service.
