Got back to me right away and made everything right. They were great to deal with.

I ordered an incorrect size and the company agreed to send me a larger size. When I asked about how to return the original items I was told I did not need to return them to make my experience more favorable and I appreciate that I am donating the smaller size to a shelter for battered women and children thank you so much.

I asked for a size up as I felt the ones I got were a bit small. They are sending them to me and I don’t have to return the first order. That’s great customer service!

I ordered the wrong size, which I discovered when it was delivered. I promptly wrote to them and received an answer the next day. They stated that I can request a different size within 45 days. They agreed to send me the items promptly. Great customer service. 😃

I was reluctant at first but was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of Avulea, prompt delivery, good packaging, and wonderful merchandise. I love the tank bras. It is the best invention since the bra was first designed and sold. I'm looking at 90 years old and speak from experience. I think it is almost impossible to be unhappy with this unique product that will fit the many needs of those who purchase a Tankbra....Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was leary about another order with these tops. They are good quality but were too small. Immediate response with a larger replacement. So far, these guys are a good company w good products. Much improved from the cheap crap I bought 3 months ago!

I ordered this and when it arrived, I found I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed them just to let them know and received an immediate response offering to send me a different size to try. The product is soft and looks lovely. I am so hopeful that the new size will fit. Their customer service is the best I have ever worked with when I had a size mismatch!

Just want to thank Margaret at Avulea, Customer service. When I felt the medium size was too tight, she immediately offered to send me the 3 replacements at no cost, and free shipping. I received them today, and they are so much more comfortable. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank you. Let me know when you make them with a V neck, I definitely would buy more.
