Averbach TranscriptionReviews of avtranscription.com

I've had the pleasure of working with Averbach Transcription for several years. I conduct telephone interviews as part of my work writing for corporate publications. Some of these interviews are technical in nature; others involve several people on a conference call at one time. Occasionally I conduct in-person interviews in less-than-ideal situations such as coffee shops. Averbach handles audio recordings with all of these challenges -- technical subject matter, multiple interviewees, imperfect audio quality -- with ease and skill. I recommend Averbach Transcription without reservation.

SO EASY TO WORK WITH. FAST RESPONSE, ACCURATE, AND GREAT COMMUNICATION. I WILL ONLY USE AVERBACH. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM.

Averbach Transcript is a real 'find', a 'gem' of service....the accuracy of the transcript from my audio talk was terrific.

While there were a few glitches at the beginning with uploading (which were frustrating), I understand the difficulties presented by moving large files. There was always prompt communication and timely delivery of the transcripts. Another thing (harder to quantify) is the high quality of the actual transcription. The punctuation, accurate wording, and organization of the final transcript were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

I have already glowingly recommended this company to a couple of friends, so this review is really easy to write. I'm glad I found them, as I had worked with a few other companies before them that drove me a little nuts and Averbach is just fantastic in comparison. They're super easy to communicate with (case in point: they actually answer a phone when you need to talk to a real person! so helpful when dealing with a decently-large grant that needs to be handled in a certain way, or you just have questions--they're really nice). The transcripts were excellent--I could tell the transcriptionist was really sharp and paying attention; not only were the interviews transcribed in a way that made them easy to read (and accurate) but I was blown away by how well the transcriptionist caught all of the specialized language related to my topic--I don't think I found a mistake within hundreds of pages, even with lots of weird phrases and proper nouns. Nothing but great stuff to say about this company!

We've worked with Averbach Transcription on many projects and have consistently gotten great results. They're very easy to work with and always deliver our transcriptions in a timely manner.

I've worked with Averbach Transcriptions for well over 8 years. In that time, they have always delivered a service far and beyond their peers, consistently providing better and more unique services to meet their clients needs. They're easily one of the best transcription service out there. Moreover, their attention to detail is superb; one would be hard pressed to find a competitor with this level of quality, that delivers time and time again — at any price point.

You guys are the best! Never late. Thanks for everything.
