This company is using very aggressive and unethical marketing tactics. Once they have your contact information, they will keep calling you and emailing you, including phone calls on weekend at 7-8am. I asked them few times not to contact me, with no success. I would never do any business with a company that is that aggressive and desperate.

Dave was conversational, outgoing and easy to communicate with. So far so good on our initial engagement with Avoya! We booked our cruise following some Q&A with Dave and him providing us additional requested information. We typically book on our own for cruising, but so far this engagement has been very good.

Agent verbally promised a ship credit that would appear upon boarding. It didn't. Agent quit responding to emails.

NEVER any issues. including getting refunds, when things have been cancelled by vendors and covid. Great tour: suggestions, tips, best travel months, airline/flight layover options, trip insurance recommendations, ++++ My living 1200+ miles away from her Florida office is never a problem. She communicates/responds effectively/timely by phone, email etc. All questions and concerns are addressed thoughtfully. Simona always follows up post tour to ensure all went well.
