I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star.I have been trying to return my items for weeks. Took forever and several emails and then a review to finally get a response. Then they wanted pictures and a video which I sent. Several days later and sending email again they are asking for more pictures front and back of each item! And, keep mentioning that I will have to pay for shipping. I am so done with this place. I will throw this cheap crap in the trash and lose my $70. Lesson learned. From now on, just order from Amazon, you don't have to deal with this shit! Very frustrated and unhappy with this company!!! Rip off!

I received my order on June 2, product was way too small, even though I ordered a larger size than I usually wear. I couldn't get the top over my head!! I emailed them the same day as soon as I received them. I have since emailed them twice to get a response. First response was automated that my request for refund had been sent. I spent over $75, and I want a refund. Zero response from this company. And I have checked my spam-nothing!! Very upset. I am a mastectomy patient and a senior citizen on limited income. Do not order from this company!! Tops are not sized properly. I normally wear a small in everything and even the XL would not go over my head! Totally upset!!

I wrote a review earlier about a purchase from this company and my attempt to do a return. This is my update. As of June 10th, I still have not received a credit to my account. My returned was approved, I shipped the order back two weeks ago and they received it on June 2. Just a FYI, I had to pay $17 to ship the wrong product back to the company! After my last review on this site, I received a very nice email from a representative of the company saying that she will expedite my return. Words without action are meaningless! Buyer beware!

Items not as described: incorrect sizing, prosthesis pockets too small, and material is not the advertised 100% cotton. I contacted the merchant twice regarding a return, including through their website contact form, and received no response.

I’m Horrible!! I bought a three pack of the tank with the built-in bra. Contrary to what they advertise, they neither hold in or hold up!! Just a cheaply made (but not cheap to buy) knockoff of Shapermint. I contacted them right away with my complaint. At first it seemed they were interested in working something out. So I jumped through the hoops of providing them with pictures and videos. I guess they were betting on the fact that I wouldn’t follow through and now they are ghosting me!! I tried to visit the website and, surprise surprise, it’s not working. Theyve probably changed the name of the company and moved on and now I’m stuck with a HORRIBLE product and they have my money. ADDENDUM 1: they indicate that they emailed me with return information and insinuated that I hadn’t received it. I received it today, making reference to my review. So here’s what happens next. I have to return everything at my expense. When received, the return must be “approved”. If not approved, I must pay to have the items returned to me. If I do t pay, they will have my money AND the items to resell to the next victim. Once this is over, I’ll have thrown good money after bad, but I will do it on principle.

5 star for comfort, however I ordered three post mastectomy tanks and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. None of the material edges have hems it’s just raw edge material. The openings for my prosthesis’ are so small I can’t even get them in so once again I’m just placing them inside the front. Sorry they move around. When I look at the pictures on your website it looks nothing like what I received. I will not be ordering again. Very poor quality.

Like so many others in these reviews, I ordered my true size based on measurements and could not even get the bras on! I emailed and requested a refund within the 30 days. I was TALKED INTO trying a size larger even though I sent a few emails saying NO that I preferred a refund. The website says "100% satisfaction guarantee" but they still INSISTED I first try a larger size. It took them 2 MONTHS to send the new size! I could get the new size on but the bra was cutting into my body under the arm. So I requested a refund again and was told that "only one resolution per order" was accepted. Even though I have emails from them saying they "would make it right" if the larger size did not fit. To me "making it right" is allowing a full refund which they denied. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE!

They sent the wrong item and in the wrong size. Their website says they respond to return requests within 24 hours. They do not! I have emailed several times and submitted a return request via my order only received an automated response saying its under review. Very poor customer service. I probably have to accept that I've lost my money and have an item that I cannot use. Avoid this company!
