Avouria Shapeware’s customer support is just stupendous and simply amazing! A problem with my first order - caused by my incorrect size selection - was rapidly addressed and rectified in a very timely manner.

The quality of the product I received was sub-par. None of the edges were hemmed. All I received was two pieces of fabric cut in the shape of a tank with the edges surged. I complained. They required a video of the product as well as pictures of the tank and the mailer it was sent. They said that may be all I needed to provide. I complied. They responded that the quality was not something they supported. After much back and forth they requested that I mail back the tank (at my expense) and they would refund my money. I told them I was not going to spend anymore money and I wanted them to refund my money. The responded, "We're sorry for the back and forth. Please return the item and we will refund your money!" I told them again I was not spending anymore money and they should look at the video and the pictures I sent and then refund my money. I'm still waiting for another response. Thus this evaluation. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY -- POOR QUALITY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I recently received the wrong size , but Avouria is making it right by sending me out the proper size and not requiring me to send back the wrong one !

They have been very helpful with my return. I ordered a 3X (I normally wear a 2X) it was much too small, I should have ordered a 5X. Runs extremely small. Love the material it is so soft.
