I appreciate the easy return process.

I didn’t receive my order. The response from Support was within 24 hrs. They expedited a new order for me! Fingers crossed this one makes it.

Received these tank tops and unfortunately they were not right for me. They appear to be good quality, and would be so comfortable. Customer service was great in helping me with my return. I will definitely be ordering more in a different size in the near future.

The tanks are not supportive enough to prevent uniboob. They do not maintain lift & separation needed for large cup sizes. Mine is 38DDD and even though they are a good idea the implementation does not work for me

My initial order was messed up, but Avouria Support quickly responded to my email and I've received order and love it!

The customer service was decent. I would have liked quicker response from them because there are a lot of steps to this process. I am asking for a refund because the inserts for a person with no breasts is not adequate.

While my Avouria tank top arrived in an appropriate amount of time and was delivered successfully, unfortunately the fit was not what I was hoping for. I found the fabric thin and very stretchy and not at all what this full-figured older gal needed. Customer service responded promptly but they do make getting a refund complicated by requiring a good deal of documentation.

I finally wrote to dispute that my item never arrived and received a response within a day.
