I received my package and found the product to be not to true size. The cups were not full size and I could hardly get the top on over my head and shoulders. I found the package without invoice or how to return the product. I am posting this review so I can get a return label to return my purchase.

I was excited to try this tank top. I had a mastectomy in 2011. Here lately I am finding it hard to find a good bra. One that doesn’t hurt me. So I was excited for this. But unfortunately, it’s not a fit for me. I had ordered an XL and got an XXL which was ok. It allowed me to figure out if going to a next size would work for me. But it was so tight it flatten what little bit I had. Like by a lot. Not just a little. But I love the feel of the material. I think the ones who struggle with pain from the bras and have a nice lift in their breasts, it will be perfect for them. Unfortunately, it’s not the right “fit” for me. So far, the process of getting a refund has been aggravating.

This company goes out of its way to honor their pledge to offer great customer service and a support product to their customers. The product material was silky, light against the skin and I look forward to more tops, colors and designs (maybe for winter?) from their design team in the near future. Thank you Avouria! I got 3 items from Avouria, unfortunately they did not fit, but I contact them for a return and they responded quickly, yes there are lots of steps but is worth it. The team is very kind. Thank you!

After an initial problem with the carrier delivering to the wrong address, Avouria Support was fantastic to work with. They were courteous, timely, and very helpful. I highly recommend their products. I give them 5 stars!

Customer service so far has been wonderful. They are very prompt and courteous about my request for a return. In this day and age where you deal with so many nasty Customer Service people it’s very refreshing and I love it.

Customer service is fairly quick. Took a long time for the product to arrive. I ended up needing a larger size. Will see how they work out

I usually wear medium or large clothes so I ordered large to be safe. I was sent XL and the fit is extremely tight. I do not want an exchange I want to return for a refund.
