Just want to give a shout out to Avouria Customer Support (Tiffany)! My inquiry regarding a “never delivered” order was responded to within 24 hours, the situation explained, and the issue remedied! My replacement order arrived well within the time period promised. Thank you Avouria for providing excellent customer service to support your wonderful merchandise. Based on this positive experience, I will be ordering again soon.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service when you need to make a return. They make you take photos AND video of product and then refuse to send you return instructions even after you've jumped through all their hoops. The merchandise is very, very poor quality.

I am extremely disappointed with Avouria. Not only were the tank tops poor quality, but when I returned them, I still have not received my refund. It’s frustrating to pay for a product that doesn’t meet expectations and then have to chase a company for money that should have been refunded promptly. I tried to contact them for a full refund. It took over a week for Avouria to get back to me. Then they wanted pictures and video of garment. Which I sent. After another week I received an email saying: If I would leave us a 5-star Trustpilot review sharing my experience with our Avouria. They’d send me a free prepaid return label so shipping won’t cost me anything. So I left a false 5-star review so I would receive the prepaid return label. Nothing like bribery and its finest form. So everyone be very careful of these false raving reviews from people that returned their products!! Good customer service doesn’t end with making a sale—it includes standing behind your products and honoring your return policy. Based on my experience, I cannot and will not recommend Avouria and will not be purchasing from them again.

The tanks with the sewn in bra are such a good idea. The product is well made. The thin stretchy fabric rolls up on my belly. I would love this product but in a bamboo fabric!

I ordered three of the tank tops and received them in good time. The quality of the tanks is very good. Unfortunately, I misjudged the size I would need so I reached out to request a return. The support group has been very responsive offering help and options. I have been very pleased with their response.

I received my package. The tanks are well made and I really like the colors. Sadly, I need a larger size than I had ordered. I contacted the company and was provided with an email detailing the steps for returning the tanks for a refund. The instructions were detailed and presented in a thoughtful and friendly manner.

The customer service at Avouria has been amazing. That is why I will come back to purchase from them again. I needed help with a return and they were quick to respond and help me get the help I needed.
